1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using betman360.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Betman360. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that gambling and sports-betting activity is lawful for you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live, including any related to online betting and remittance of taxes on winnings.

3. Nature of Our Service

Betman360 provides football predictions, statistical analysis, and betting tips generated by our proprietary models, for informational and entertainment purposes. Our predictions are probabilistic estimates based on historical and market data — they are not guarantees of outcome, are not financial or investment advice, and should not be treated as certain. Betman360 does not accept bets, place wagers on your behalf, or hold betting stakes; any wagers you place are made directly with your chosen licensed bookmaker (such as Sportpesa, Betika, 1xBet, or SportyBet) under that operator's own terms, and you alone are responsible for the outcome.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Individual slips, jackpot picks, and VIP subscription plans are purchased via M-Pesa (STK push) or by card through Paystack, at the prices displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. VIP subscription access is time-limited to the duration stated for the plan you purchase, and is verified using the phone number and access code/token associated with your purchase — keep these confidential, as we are not liable for access used by anyone you share them with. Prices may change at any time for future purchases; changes do not affect an active subscription or slip you've already paid for.

5. Refund Policy

Because our tips are informational content delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once the content has been delivered or access granted. We will provide a refund or replacement access where: (a) a technical failure on our end prevented you from receiving a slip, tip, or SMS you paid for, or (b) you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate payment). Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the issue via the contact channels below, with your transaction/M-Pesa reference. We do not offer refunds simply because a tip or slip did not win — see Section 3.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our predictions, slips, or subscription content without our written permission; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content from the Site; attempt to circumvent our subscription/access-verification system; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — predictions, analysis, slip compilations, model outputs, text, and branding — is the property of Betman360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betman360 and its team are not liable for any losses — including betting losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or reliance on, predictions, tips, or content published on the Site. The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
